1. Scope

1.1. We (hereinafter: Raizup) offers web-based software (hereinafter: Software) on the website “Raizup” (hereinafter: Raizup) to promote professional development and to recruit workers.

1.2 The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to all user contracts (that are concluded between Raizup and users (m / f / d, hereinafter: users) via the “Raizup” platform.

2. Conclusion of a contract between the user and Raizup

2.1 The offer made available on Raizup to use the web-based software designated and described there does not constitute a binding offer.

2.2 The use of the Raizup software requires the creation of a user account (hereinafter: Account). By confirming the creation of the account, the user first makes a binding offer to conclude a contract for the free use of the software. Raizup accepts this offer by setting up access to the account or sending a message to the specified e-mail address with the access data for the account set up.

3. Services, switching between software versions

3.1 Raizup provides the user with access to the version of the software offered on Raizup and selected by the user as software-as-a-service over the Internet for the duration of a contract. The range of functions of the booked software version results from the description on the Raizup website under the heading “Membership”.

3.2 In principle, the user can switch between the offered versions of the software at any time with effect from the time the customer access is changed by Raizup. The resulting remuneration results from the Membership subpage and from these General Terms and Conditions.

4. Usage Fee

The prices stated at the time of the order apply, as shown on the Raizup website under the heading Membership. The prices stated there are gross monthly prices in euros and include the statutory sales tax in the currently applicable amount, if applicable. The price indicated in each case relates to the billing period. The billing period begins on the day on which the user receives access to the Raizup services and ends at the end of the day of the following month, which corresponds to this day in terms of its number.

The usage fee is due at the end of the last day of the respective billing period.

5. Termination of the license agreement

5.1. Termination by the user

The contract can be properly terminated by the user at the end of the last day of the respective billing period. The notice of termination must be received by Raizup in writing by this point at the latest. When the termination takes effect, the customer’s account will be blocked.

5.2. Termination by Raizup

Ordinary termination within 14 days after the order process or conclusion of the contract, according to legislation. Extraordinary termination without notice in the event of a failure or a serious violation of community standards.
