We are seeking a talented Industry Consultant for a full-time position – Remote (anywhere in Europe)

Part of the leading software development company in Bulgaria specializing in building and integrating custom and specialized enterprise-grade solutions and products, delivering services. They supply leading Travel and Hospitality, Transportation and Logistics, and Fintech companies globally.
The company is headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, with offices in Plovdiv and Varna, Bulgaria, and Tirana, Albania, and stakeholders around Europe.
Requirements:
- Must have: 3+ years experience as a project manager in the development environment
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Project management, Computer Science, Informatics or an equivalent experience
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to work independently with minimal supervision
- Analytical way of thinking
- Fluency in English – written and spoken
- Experience in growing highly efficient teams
- Be a trusted advisor to our technology leadership and your peers
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Driving the employee engagement improvement together with business
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results
Responsibilities
- Support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project
- Manage working team's performance of delegated responsibilities
- Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders
- Guiding and managing coordination with vendors through the completion of the project
- Implementing appropriate and effective project management
- Ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules, objectives, and design guidelines
- Collect and document the business and functional requirements of the projects
- Work closely with the development team to answer open questions and assist the team in understanding the requirements
Advantages
