We’re now seeking a talented Business Development Representative based in South Africa for our client – to be responsible for prospecting and booking demos with qualified clients in the UK. 


Our client is the first AI booking assistant and omnichannel hotel service platform, becoming a four-time global award winner in the hospitality/tourism industry. The company's AI is available 24/7 and communicates in several languages assisting more than 2,000 customers in +50 countries (and growing).

In this role you will:

• Interact with prospects mainly by telephone, email, and social media;

• Meet or exceed the assigned call quota per day;

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities (inbound and outbound);

• Be the first point of contact in the sales process; 

• Engage and create interest in our solution;

• Schedule demos with the Business Development Manager;

• Analyze and improve personal results to enhance KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months maximum of 5 years experience in sales and BDR;

• In the areas of technology, Saas, digital solutions, telecommunication;

• Strong and professional communication know-how - written, verbal, presentation;

• Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday);

• Acceptance of a self employed status working remotely

• Native English speaker.


Nice-to-have:

• Hospitality industry knowledge.

• Working in a multicultural environment.

• Experience in remote working (that was not the consequence of Covid).
