What are your superpowers?
I am a very dedicated and emotional person, everything I do I do from the heart, dedicating all of me and giving 200%. I am passionate about things well done, so I am exigent, perfectionist and ambitious. I also believe that everything can always be improved, so I love brainstorming and joint creation. For this reason, the most important thing for me is good teamwork, with different thinking minds and points of view you can create much more powerful things, the results can be extraordinary.
How do your strengths play into the work you do?
Passing things through the heart and making them vocational makes everything more real and truthful. On the other hand, I can rapidly adapt to different situations or problems that may arise, always looking for a solution and a way out.
Imagine your best hotel experience – what does it look like?
The best experience that can be offered is the one that has been made thinking of that particular person, looking for their satisfaction and happiness. Personalizing and provoking emotions always make the difference.
What brings you the greatest joy at work?
The joy at work is the feeling of being part of a team. The feeling that you are significant, that your work is valued and appreciated, and that you can contribute ideas and opinions. The company’s values are in line with your own, and that it seeks the well-being of every employee.
Your advice for women in hospitality and travel-tech?
My advice would be to fulfill our dreams, no matter what barriers there are. As women, we should not put more stones in our way than there are, nor should we hold ourselves back. We are capable of anything, brave, powerful, and unique. The world is for everyone, also for us!
