Meet Gabi Fraxino, Certified Revenue Manager

What are your superpowers?

To move forward. I am a change initiator with an eye on the future. If a process is not adequate or sufficient, I take no time to identify areas of improvement or give a new direction. A fine skill to succeed at work and in life.

How does your strength play into the work you do?

The hospitality industry is volatile, hence why I do not settle and always look for ways of increasing performance. In my role I get a lot of joy from researching and implementing state of the art technologies.

Imagine your best hospitality / hotel experience – what does it look like?

Nothing like a big smile at arrival, it just puts me in a good mood. There have been times when I disregarded issues because of the excellent customer service. I like to feel special throughout the stay.

What brings you the greatest joy at work?

There are many different aspects of the role that I genuinely enjoy. However, people’s diversity and collaborating with several teams are in my top list.

My advice for women in hospitality and travel-tech:

Do not be too hard on yourself, no one is perfect. Remember your achievements and be proud of them. If things do not go your way move forward.
