What are your superpowers?
I am a good listener, I easily connect with people and am good at creating conditions for others to discover their potential and effectively use it. I am also a writer and my stories help people to heal, get back hope and grow.
How do your strengths play into the work you do?
Listening to customers and helping them see what they will otherwise miss. And helping them discover their potential and develop and use it to grow.
Imagine your best hotel experience – what does it look like?
A stay in a quiet, clean and modern hotel in a remote village far from the crowd and in the middle of the nature, where I am taken care of by a team of passionate men and women who are happy to welcome me, and happily create the experience that I am looking. Men and women who are true in everything they do, in every interactions they have with me.
What brings you the greatest joy at work?
Seeing that I have contributed to put a smile on the faces of my customers and better their lives.
Your advice for women in hospitality and travel-tech?
You can absolutely achieve anything you wish if you have the will to learn, the faith in your abilities to make that happen and the courage to tackle obstacles that are many because we are women.
