IWTTF 2021: Why You Should Attend This May

What is IWTTF? 

IWTTF or International Women in Travel & Tourism Forum organized by Women in Travel CIC, is an innovative and collaborative forum, focusing on enhancing the full contribution of all women to the workplace, sharing good practices, and learning from all stakeholders.

It is the only international forum in which senior leaders and up-and-coming female talent from across the global industry come together to share, learn; challenge, and progress their understanding of gender diversity and inclusion.

Online event

In 2021, IWTTF is going digital and it will take place ONLINE from 10 to 14 May, offering the opportunity to learn from experts and share experiences with like-minded professionals from across the sector. 

Sessions will be LIVE but also available on-demand to registered attendees in the weeks following the event.

Educational program 

Join panel discussions and case studies on topics of female leadership, careers, AI, diversity & inclusion. The engaging program will cover 5 main themes in 5 days, providing stimulating discussion and actionable solutions.

Every day is dedicated to a different general topic: 

  • Day 1 – Monday 10th May: Taking stock of where we are and getting ready for recovery
  • Day 2 – Tuesday 11th May: Building a better future for all in travel and tourism
  • Day 3 – Wednesday 12th May: Talent through a gender and inclusion lens
  • Day 4 – Thursday 13th May: How do we build an inclusive travel and tourism industry?
  • Day 5 – Friday 14th May: Using mentoring to empower yourself and your career

Inspirational speakers 

Hear from 40+ speakers from Intrepid, UNWTO, ATTA, and expand your network. Global Travel & Hospitality professionals will share their knowledge and passion on various subjects. 

RaizUp CEO and representative Rita Varga will give a talk on May 12 on the subject: Careers, AI, technology, and travel: how do we ensure that all women enjoy the available opportunities? 

The focus will be on Demystifying the Role of Women in Tech, discussing social and gender norms and equalities in tech-related business.
